Information Desk Main Tasks

• Register missing child report, provide information to child guardians and transfer to temporary police substation etc.
• Register and manage Lost & Found report, provide information and transfer items to temporary police substations etc.

Procedures for requesting missing child

• If no guardian comes claiming for the missing child for within 1 hour from the Competition Venue, then the missing child will be transferred to the temporary police substation.

  ※ All guardians claiming a missing child must provide valid identification(social security card, passport etc.)

Procedures for requesting missing items

• All unclaimed items after the competitions will be transferred to the temporary police substation.
• All unclaimed non-valuable items after the competition will be disposed after being stored for a set amount of time.
